Whitsun Dialogue 2015

WWWforEurope at the Whitsun Dialogue 2015

Seggauberg, Austria, 22 May 2015

Margit Schratzenstaller, deputy co-ordinator of WWWforEurope, attended the 2015 Whitsun Dialogue in Seggauberg, Austria, to discuss the challenges of a sustainable eco-social economic system.

In a panel discussion with Jakob von Uexküll (Founder of the Alternative Nobel Prize), Manfred Prisching (Professor of Sociology at the University of Graz) and Christian Felber (Founder of Economy of the Common Good), Margit Schratzenstaller agreed that the challenges of such a sustainable eco-social economic system, which should be resource-saving and making a priority of climate protection, can only be met based on an interdisciplinary perspective, which is the approach the WWWforEurope project has taken in its research.
